Job Description

Creating, updating and improving responses to request for proposals based on customer requirements

Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies across various channels to maximize brand visibility and reach

Work with an account executive to understand client needs that are tailored to each brand's nature and media objectives

Coordinate with data provider to get the necessary information required to draft proposals

Responsible for gathering and analyzing research data to identify trends, competitive activity and to measure media campaigns to ensure planning optimizations

Strategic plan budget allocation that adheres to market planning and advertising

Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets and client requirements throughout the media planning and execution process

Revise the RFP response and proposal processes according to the requirements given by the accounts executive

Complete any other tasks related to the RFP response or proposal writing process

Skills

Prior experience in digital marketing, making presentations and/or drafting proposals is necessary

Stellar communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Excellent computer skills, especially in Google slides, Google Sheets, etc

Time management: ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Experience in digital marketing or advertising in the medical field is a must

Basic knowledge of Salesforce is a plus!
